- Versions looks okay
Version ID 23 Major 5 Minor 6 Build 2
DLL 5.6.2.144

Check your pysical permissions on the DNN root Folder the IUser(IUsers) have read permissions and your application pool user have full Access!
- I'll have the host look at this

On your MS SQL Server, Check if the database user is part of the Database\Security\Logins and have to correct password.
- Confirmed the database user is part of the Database\Security\Logins - Password is correct

Check on this user Setting if the user is mapped to the database with the Default Schema Name as the value of the databaseOwner into your web.config file.
- I'm not sure I understand this part. Can you explain a little further?

right click on SQL server account (Database\Security\Logins) and select properties. on the top left corner, select "user mappings" and make sure, there is a line in the list on the right for your database with dbowner permissions checked in permission list beneath.

If all else fails - we have had success with the redgate database diff tools - basically it lets you connect a remote and local database together - and does a compare of the two databases - you then have options to merge the content of the local database to the remote database to get them back in sync.

Setup a copy of mssql on your local system if you haven't already and get the database bak file restored onto your local system - if you can get it running as a dnn site there - then you should be able to sync that to a remote live site using the reggate tools - note - also make sure your web.config has the same machine id keys.

- Confirmed, our user has dbowner under user mappings. Still displaying "The site is currently Unavailable"

Thank You for your continued advice. Anything else I might check?
