I would start by looking in the BIN folder of your website to see why the Messaging DLL is missing. I don't think you can uninstall the messaging module as it will cause issues with sending emails, not just for user messaging.

Did you happen to uninstall the module?

Hello Chris,

first of all thank you for your respond.

i have checked again and there are 3 files under the bin folder related to the Messaging DLL :

DotNetNuke.Modules.CoreMessaging.dll

DotNetNuke.Modules.CoreMessaging.pdb

DotNetNuke.Modules.CoreMessaging.xml

i think the problem related to disable the Schedular. i enabled the scedular and also checked the Messaging dispatch in the schedule is enabled. i am now waiting to see if the problem still continue.

if you have any another suggestions i would like to test them..

thank you,

adi damty

what happens, if you call /Product.aspx?Item=625, does the error show up?
you may upgrade to DNN 6.2.4 and make sure prior to unzipping the downloaed upgrade package, that it is unblocked (right click - Properties - 1st tab at the bottom)
