Why do I get this in my HTML/Text Modules?

I am also experiencing this issue. It is very sporadic. The tokens will works sometimes and other times I will get these errors. I am in DNN 7.0.5.

there are only a limited number of Settings exposed via token replace, mainly those, which provide valuable text for newsletters etc.
