Just wondering what I am doing wrong using plesk 7.56 on a windows server 2003 with ms sql 2000

Ftp'd all Files over edited the web.config file set permissions on directories I created a sub folder called portal and uploaded all files there and I am still getting errors when trying to install. I am running asp.net 1.1 I have 2.0 installed but am not using it on the domain because it is having problems. Here is the error code I get at www.donas.org/portal/Install/install.aspx Can Someone assist me with this I would be much appreciative. Also does anyone know the correct Plesk security settings that have to be used on the domain I dont have root access but can set permissions through plesk on folders.
