Anyone willilng to make a recommendation on a Help Desk Module?

I've tried the BizSuite Helpdesk Ultimate from OldTurtle Labs
Fatal flaw for me is that you can't manage help tickets if your a site admin
I have 4 site admins that add and remove users all day and handle support requests
Impractical to give them a non admin log in and have them switch back and forth

I've tried the Help Desk Module 6.1 by DNN Specialists
Worked perfectly on install but can't add custom fields

I'm currently trying to set up SigmaPro with the Help Desk module
Looks like it will do everything we need but it's a bear to configure.

I would think that a Help Desk Module is a rather common requirement?

I actually went with ZenDesk and used their API's to provide a single sign-on between www.ventrian.com and support.ventrian.com

I can share the code if you want to go down that path.

The good thing from my perspective is that it contains:

* iPhone app with push notifications
* Mail connector (I can respond to tickets via email)
* Knowledge base

The bad part is the skinning is fairly rudimentary.

Barry - I have never used adefhelpdesk.
Have you used it in DNN recently?

Scott - Thanks for the offer but I believe I need to stay with a dnn module solution.
This is for an intranet for a company of about 400 employees.

 Hi John,

I'm afraid that I haven't, sorry.
