did you adjust web.config for ASP.net 4 (run merge script during upgrade or from Host > Configuration Manager?)

I do not adjust anything in the web.config. What do I have to do? (do not know which is the merge script)

For .NET v4 simply I change the AppPool. NET v2 to v4, nothing more.
Could you tell me what is the process?
