I'm about at my wits end......

Network Solutions is my host. They have a one button install, but that gives me no access to the Host functions. I've tried all day to do an install another way, but I just don't know enough about IIS and SQL Server, I think. I've even tried the Microsoft installs, but I am asked for the sa password for the database service, which I don't have.

I guess I'll try Joomla....

did you get a single user account or 2? try login using "host" account instead of admin, which should provide you with access to host settings, including smtp server connection.
