Hi all, I'm getting an error when installing DNN 6.2.4 on a remote host. For the context, an earlier install using the same install package, and creating an empty DB, but for a different domain, worked. Strange thing to note: I had to insert a new record in the table PortalAlias to make it work:1 0 www.ebabbel.com -1 2011-05-18 13:54:20.513 -1 2011-05-18 13:54:20.513So I followed the same procedure for a different domain (www.icalendula.com), but I can't get past this error:Server Error in '/' Application.Object reference not set to an instance of an object.Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.Source Error:An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.Stack Trace:[NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.] DotNetNuke.Entities.Portals.PortalSettings.GetPortalSettings(Int32 tabID, PortalInfo portal) +1780 DotNetNuke.Entities.Portals.PortalSettings..ctor(Int32 tabID, PortalAliasInfo objPortalAliasInfo) +115 DotNetNuke.HttpModules.UrlRewriteModule.OnBeginRequest(Object s, EventArgs e) +3041 System.Web.SyncEventExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute() +68 System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously) +75Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.3634; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.3634 So... does anyone have an idea why this error occurs? Thanks, Pieter

Never mind, I just got it working when deleting the first record of the table PortalAlias and inserting a new record:3 1 www.icalendula.com 1 2011-05-19 10:10:21.417 1 2011-05-19 10:10:21.417To be honest I don't have any clue why it is working but it is.Thanks, Pieter
