 I am currently running 5.3.1 with Active Directory Provider 5.0.2 (AD).  It is a new install and not an upgrade.  My environment forces me to use Secure method and all checks pass except Root Domain.

Please help

Sumit I asked in the post you had in another thread whether you've tried using impersonation in your web.config or not. Have you?
