I have a client that is saying after an upgrade to a store module (SmithCart) she does not get emails when orders are placed or they are delayed... can you look that these DNN error to tell me what these might be referring to? I don't understand what these mean.

 I have asked smith the same querstion. I am not looking for an answer here about this module but rather my network enviroment and if these error lend to any insight. Thanks!

The 'object reference not set to an instance of an object' is a pretty generic error. I would suggest you contact the module developer as you will probably get a quicker answer than here.
The developer should know thier product.
