HI all,

I have two critical errors in my site.

First Critical Error:

I am currently using DNN 6.1.5. The error occurred when I logged in as the superuser. The switching modes (view & edit) appeared the biggest problem for my case. The mode view or mode edit was applied, the critical error message occurred as following:

"A critical error has occurred. Non-negative number required. Parameter name: length"

Under Event Viewer, the message display as following:

FileName:

FileLineNumber: 0

FileColumnNumber: 0

Method: System.Array.CreateInstance

StackTrace:

Message: DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: Non-negative number required. Parameter name: length ---> System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Non-negative number required. Parameter name: length at System.Array.CreateInstance(Type elementType, Int32 length) at Telerik.Web.UI.Upload.RequestParser.GetFieldBytes(Byte[] chunk, Int32 fieldStartIndex, Int32 fieldBytesCount) at Telerik.Web.UI.Upload.RequestParser.Parse(Byte[] chunk, Int32 validChunkBytes) at Telerik.Web.UI.Upload.ProgressWorkerRequest.UpdateProgress(Byte[] buffer, Int32 validBytes) at Telerik.Web.UI.Upload.ProgressWorkerRequest.ReadEntityBody(Byte[] buffer, Int32 size) at System.Web.HttpRequest.GetEntireRawContent() at System.Web.HttpRequest.GetMultipartContent() at System.Web.HttpRequest.FillInFormCollection() at System.Web.HttpRequest.EnsureForm() at System.Web.HttpRequest.get_Form() at System.Web.HttpRequest.get_HasForm() at System.Web.UI.Page.GetCollectionBasedOnMethod(Boolean dontReturnNull) at System.Web.UI.Page.DeterminePostBackMode() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

The Second Critical Error:

This message was displayed:

An error has occurred. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: Failed to load viewstate. The control tree into which viewstate is being loaded must match the control tree that was used to save viewstate during the previous request. For example, when adding controls dynamically, the controls added during a post-back must match the type and position of the controls added during the initial request. ---> System.Web.HttpException: Failed to load viewstate. I have gone through web.config DNN 6.2.4 file and added what was missing in my web.config in DNN6.1.5. These problems are still exist.

Need help!

Thank you,

Wazoo

Vinncente, did you find a resolution to the first error? We see the exact same General Exception about once every 5 minutes in the html editor with asp.net 4.5, dnn 7.2,2 and telerik 2013.2.717.40.
