Hello,

I've used the Form and List module to create a page where users can post messages, and I want to use the email notification option to alert users via email when a new message is posted. Now I would like to give users the option to choose whether they want to get these notifications or not. (In other words, they should be able to subscribe or unsubscribe to the email notification).

Is this possible with the Form and List module? It know it might be possible to create a field in the module where users can enter their email adress, and use this column Title name in the "To" field of the module settings. But is it also possible to let users subscribe in such a way that they do not have to create a new record (=post a message)?
Is it possible to achieve this by creating a second instance of the Form and List module (with only a field for an emailadres) and use this field as a source column for the email settings in the first module?

Hello Syrah5,

no, it is not possible to set up notifications like this. And I have no idea for a work around.

Stefan
