With the upcoming release of DotNetNuke 7.0, a new version of the iFinity Url Master module has been released.

Due to the changed Upgrade Wizard in DNN 7, you will need to upgrade the Url Master module to version 2.7 prior to upgrading your site to DNN 7.0, or you will need to disable the Url Master module prior to upgrading DotNetNuke.

You can read more about this in my blog post which explains this in more detail :

http://www.ifinity.com.au/2012/11/15/...

Url Master 2.7 is a free upgrade for any customer using a 2.x version, and is available for download from http://www.ifinity.com.au/Products/Url_Master/Downloads, or from the DotNetNuke store.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.
