The upgrade stucked from the following error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

More than that, after copying my backup files to revert the changes, the error is still there.

make sure, you unblocked upgrade zip file before unpacking it.

Thanks for the reply, but I've learned my lesson. I've unblocked the zip file.
And now I'm trying to revert to version 6.2.5 and I have the same error.

Finally I've solve it.
First, I've commented out the ofending line ()
Then another error emerged, similar to what is described here: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/F...
The instructions provided in the above post solved my restoration.
For the moment, I would not try again the upgrade.
