I have a subscription site with DDN 6.

Since the update to this version I have had issues with making changes on a user account. For example, when I set up an account today, I had put in an incorrect email address. When I went back in to change it, nothing happened after I clicked on the update button. When I went out of the page to update and reloaded the customer (user) the old address is still there. This doesn't happen for every account...however I am bewildered why this would happen at all. Would it possibly have anything to do with the user not having logged in yet to update the account?

This has also occurred when I have attempted to change a password for a customer. It just will not update the PW. This happens often.

One other question I have...I set up all accounts through the user account page. When I go to the security roles for subscribers, the only thing that comes up for me on that page is the customer's first name and the date of set up/expiration. IF I click on the customer name it takes me to MY PROFILE page.

I will admit that I am still learning this program software even though I began to build my site over a year ago. These kinds of glitches are frustrating and any help is GREATLY appreciated.

I usually do not hear any responses back on any queries I make. Please help if you have any clue as to why these things occur. I love DDN except for these little things!

Many thanks,

Deb

About your first issue - are you seeing any javascript errors on the pages where the button isn't submitting?

About the second issue - that seems to be happening to me although I hadn't noticed it. Maybe we could get a DNN person to check on this?
