Try another way then. It works for me as well:

Admin > User Accounts page and I can edit anyone from Registered Users through Subcsribers up to Admins.

The only thing that isn't allowed to do is to edit other Hosts' accounts via Host > SuperUsers Account page but that's understandable.

Hope it will shed some more light for you and help you out.

PS. The previous method doesn't work for me anymore. I must have configured the system properly in the meantime and the only way for me to change user's profiles is as described above. So the first two sentences in this post of mine should read:

Try another way then. It works for me now.
Greetings.

Greg, I'm not sure what you mean by 'try another way'. The way you describe is exactly how I (and others in this thread) are attempting to update profiles, but are unable to. If there is another way to change user info apart from the User Accounts page, I'm all ears.

As I stated earlier, this doesn't seem to affect everyone, confirmed by your statement that it works your site without issue.

Maybe the wording of my solutions presented here was too hazy.

All I can advise right now is to follow closely the instructions set forth in DotNetNuke 7.0.2 SuperUser Manual starting from page 829 and later from page 890.

I'm not sure if this is resolved for any of you, but I still have this error.

Cannot change Avatar in Profile - Image name on Button
and If I try change the portal logo or favicon - error "The server at ###### DNNAPI requires a username and password"

regards
