I updated the GetTabSettings stored procedure but am unclear on why I have to update the AddTabSettings.  Is there a known issue with duplicate settings being saved to the database?  I am running 6.2.8 and I don't see duplicate settings when I update a page.

Thank you Tien Quach! This helped me out immensely. I ran into this when I was using an old skin running dnn 5.2.2 but when upgrading to dnn 6.2.9, I ran into the issue when adding new pages. My site currently uses an old skin using 5.2.2 but I have another area of my site that has a skin developed for 5.6.8 so as I progressed to 6.2.9, I believe that having different skin issues caused this problem as the old skin is not compatible to the new DNN when either updating or adding new pages.
