did you change anything in your installation or upgrade browser (FF17 introduced some changes and may require you to turn off hardware acceleration)?
If upgrading, you should upgrade to 6.2.5 or even 7.0.
For the test site, you may skip copying your custom files, but be sure you turned off "Auto FileSync" option in Host Settings.

I didn't upgrade recently and it was working fine before. So do you know any other reason why this has happened?

Please can you advise me to best way to upgrade DNN 6.1 to 6.2.5?

I am using a third party software and that is creating a backup as the first step. It is breaking that step since this has 40GB files size.

So what is the best method? or any reference link?

Thank you for your advises.
