hi

 how can i deny page management module view and edit permission for portal admin account? only host account be able to manage pages.

this is not possible, you may add a page with module in Host menu and remove module from admin menu, but this is not suggested configuration - a site admin is supposed to have full permission for the local content and users. Consider adding a custom role for limited administration instead.

i creat a custome role which has view and edit permision for page management, users management and security roles. user of this role can view users managementbut and security roles but they are not able to assign role,add a new user or security role! try it please, whats the problem?

there are permission checks within the modules preventing usage by non-admins.
