DNN 7 on  Windows 7 Reasonably fresh installation.

When trying to set permissions on C:\websites\dnndev.me I get the following error.

The following object is not from a domain listed in the Select Location dialog box, and is therefore not valid:
 iss appool\dnndev.me

The Locations box only has one choice and it contains the name of the Box and it is greyed out so I can't manually enter anything.

Anyone got any ideas?
