Yes, it is what i 'm mentionning.
There is actually no setting you can configure directely for that.

You'll need a more advanced url rewrite tool.

Just for "fun" (because your change will be re set to calculated value from page name and parent when updating the page settings) you can go in the table in your db dbo.Tabs, then modify the TabPath of your page from //AboutUs//OurServices to //OurServices (if you don't yet have a TabPath as //OurServices)
clear site cache, test, it will do the trick... temporarily.

It might help as i have only certain number of pages in the menu
