Hello All,
If I make a change to a dnn module is it necessary to delete it from the Extensions page and re-install?

I guess that would depend on the change.  Just simple code, upload the new code over the old and you're good.  Schemas or the like that require an install would need a new version installed.  Whether you need to uninstall first would depend on whether you are updating or completely changing.
