I set up a DNN site on an in-house server so we could use a DNN-based In-Out Board on our company intranet.  The install and setup was uneventful and the In-Out Board Module works beautifully for the company's 27 employees.  The only issue (aside from slow inital load times) is that occasionally a user trying to use the site will get the following error:

Oops.  Your requested page was not found.  Please try again

After some time has passed -- sometimes just a few minutes, sometimes much longer -- the site will suddenly come up and work again.  I've tried flushing the machine's DNS cache, verified the machine can ping the server's DNS name, and other standard stuff when this occurs, but can't figure out what causes it or how it fixes itself.  It's almost as if we're hitting a connection limit that's just slightly lower than our total number of users, but other resources on that server remain accessible to the entire office with no issues.

Any idea why this should occur and what I might do to run it down?  It happens just often enough that we can't get rid of our magnetic in-out board in the reception area, which was the goal behind adopting an electronic in-out board in the first place.
