Hello, can anyone help me figure this error out?

When ever i try to edit a page another log in pops up, i tried every log in i have (including server side log in) with no luck getting rid of it.

I disabled "Enable Integrated Windows Authentication" and "Enable Basic Authentication"

This got rid of that popup, however now the page just reloads, it does not go into edit view/mode.

I have these options on my control panel (from the hosting provider):

Dedicated Application Pool

Enable Write Permissions (tried on and off)

Enable Directory Browsing

Allow Anonymous Access

Enable Integrated Windows Authentication

Enable Basic Authentication
