Dear All,

Lately we have encountered either performance degraded or the website mulfunction totally when "Web Service- Current Connections" exceeds a figure . It will resume after few minutes. The service seems to be up and down during peak access (based on the performance monitoring in Windows Server).

We have no idea how to resolve the issue and therefore to seek for all gurus idea.

OS: Windows Server 2003 R2 64 bit

DotNetNuke Edition: Community Edition / Version: 05.00.01

thanks,

kahhuat

Additional Info for this post:

The "Web Service - Current Connections" counter is getting from Performance Monitoring (perfmon) in Windows Server 2003 R2 x64.

When the mentioned counter exceeds 300, website will be performed slow or not displayed at all.
