Hi,

We are developing a multilingual site and the page names provided are also language specific i.e., a site in Spanish has the page names mentioned in Spanish. Because of this other administrative users are finding difficulty in understanding the page names. To get around this problem we are thinking of creating a new field in page settings section as 'Display Name'. While creating a page the administrator can provide the 'page name' in localized language and the 'display name' should be provided in English. And also we need to update the page navigation tree on page management page to use the 'display name' instead of the 'page name' such that the content is displayed in English. We are also thinking of having a drop down that will allow the administrator to switch between the  'page name' or the 'display name' to be displayed in the tree navigation.

Is this the right implementation? Can you alter the core functionality of the DNN. If yes, can you please suggest on the implementation part.

Many thanks!
