Hi Folks,

I recently installed Chrome on my Ipad and I was unable to use it to login to my DNN 7 website.

A quick look on Google found that the Chrome iOS browser identifies itself differently and for whatever reason is treated as a down level browser by .NET.

Someone on my search recommended creating a browser definition file (here) to solve this which worked.

Is this the only way to solve this problem, if so can the /~App_Browsers folder include this browser definition file in future.

Regards

Tony

Tony,

if it is like you pointed it out here (and I have no doubt about it) you shoul report it in Gemini.

Sometimes, someone will take care about it ;-)

Best wishes
Michael

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the link to Gemini, I have added it as an issue there.

Apparently the problem can also be solved by upgrading .NET to 4.5 but I don't have that ability.

Regards

Tony
