Hi all, I'm searching for skinning & module guide for DNN 6.
I have downloaded and read the ones available on the download page but they are extremely outdated.
I cannot imagine such important guides not being updated for such a long time... so what have I been missing since I last used DNN 4/5 back in 2007?
TIA!

The "documentation" that you have found isn't maintained, as you can see.

You can check out our Training program which has a course and materials for both skinning and module development. http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/T...

Thanks Chris, but I don't need training, that is, not if if the same procedure still applies.
Does it? If so I just can get to work based on my former experience.
Thanks.

There are obviously some changes over the years, but the basics are pretty much the same,

Thanks Chris!
Although it is obvious why the 'documentation' is not being updated I think you still should do it because when new users come and they download them they will read stories about how the development situation was at that time, some 6 years ago. Old stories that now belong in a museum. The content should be cleaned up so to not mislead possible new customers.
I really can't understand why this hasn't been tackled yet by your team.
