The other problem I have is in the Edit mode I have some additional pages but these are not in the normal online view. Is there a limit to the number of pages I can have in the free version. If I pay will I get more pages?

There is not a limit to the number of pages you can have, you likely just haven't configured the permissions on them to be visible unless you are an administrator. Go to each page and check the Permissions on the Page Settings.

That worked Chris. What I have done it seems is disabled the "getting started page". I replaced it with another page as my "Home Page". I can't figure out how to reverse this process.

Thanks

Chris

Try going to the Admin/Page Management page and checking to see if you can change the settings (re-enable it)
