Has anyone ran into this?

Site is DNN 7.0.2 and 7.0.3 set in SSL mode.

A: If you want to ADMIN anything at all you have to take it out of SSL mode, make your changes then put it back into SSL mode.
-As an example would be if you copy permission to all child pages from the Admin->Page Management, it will not copy permission unless your out of SSL mode on the parent page.

B: The Login popUp doesn't work if you in SSL mode, it keeps the popUp on top of the page and re-loads all content inside the popUp screen.
- As an example would be if you have it to re-direct after login, in SSL mode this no longer works.

So here is how I solved the issue. The login Issue anyway.

I put the default Admin page in SSL, and put the default home page back into SSL, cleared cache and re-set the app pool. tried in 2 different browsers, and it logged me in and re-directed properly.
