I am trying to move my site from a development server to a test server.  I have following the instructions on the following site: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/B...

After moving I am able to view the site but when I try to change settings on the site they do not save.  I go to Admin Site Settings.  I make any change.  I press update and the screen flashed so it appears to save.  However the changes are not saved.  When I refresh the screen the change is not saved.

Nothing showing up in the event log.

I turned up the logging in DotNetNuke.log4net.config to all.  The only thing I get are a lot of these:

2013-02-08 15:58:10,189 [TESTWEB02][Thread:6][WARN] DotNetNuke.Services.Localization.LocalizationProvider - Missing localization key. key://ProductCatalogs.String resFileRoot:~/App_GlobalResources/GlobalResources.resx threadCulture:en-US userlan:

Any ideas?  Is there another log I can enable?

Did you figure anything out with this? We are having the same issue. The strange part is if I open another portal it seems to save. I am on the newest version just testing it against our live site. It seems to be only Admin Site Settings because the Host Settings do work. This is strange!
