You would need a skin to do this, maybe a module as well.

I cannot see how it could ever be a useful piece of a DNN web site. DNN provides most of the structure of the site. If you completely replace the entire html output then you will have stepped outside DNN.

I doesn't wanted to step out entirely.What i am currently doing is porting a old asp.net app in dotnetnuke.Most of the work is done.In one place i find that there is rendering took place with certain html page template [stored in db]
So for just that i were looking for a solution

I would look for a way to keep the DNN structural parts.

Render part of your template output into the DNN page.

You can use an iframe like Michael suggested or create a custom module to pull out and display your HTML on a page. Not sure how all browsers would react to multiple < html > tags and you may have to exclude them.
