Hello people I'm new with DDN and heve a question

I have installed a fresh DNN 7.0.3 but I can't edit pages.
when I click on the button de screen refreshes but nothing happens and I don't see the 3 icons on the pages and containers.

UPDATE

I reinstalled DNN and now the button is still activated, and I can't deactivate it (by clicking on it) When I went to the host menu and clicked on pages it deactivated.
Now is it imposible again to edit pages !

UPDATE 2

It seems to be that when I switch from "controlpanel"  to "Ribbonbar" it works fine (so far).

Is this an common problem?

Yes, there appears to be some configuration in IIS that requires a hotfix to get things working, otherwise a number of the services appear to not work in DNN. I am looking for the URL for you now
