Hello
I installed DNN 7.0.3. I'm  enabled contact localization. but the links do not appear to enabled in language page.

In addition to Enabling localization, you then also need to add/enable individual languages, you can do this from the Admin/Languages page. You might need to do that part as a SuperUser, if that doesn't work try it as an Admin user.

It has been a while since I've worked with the content localization.

Also, welcome! You've got a pretty early userid and this appears to be your first post in the forums!

Hello,

Do you mean the flags in the top? It is possible that your skin doesn't have them implemented. There is a skin widget that shows the active languages. The object is called with this (of course, you need to reference it as well):

<dnn:LANGUAGE runat="server" ID="dnnLANGUAGE" ShowMenu="False" ShowLinks="True" />

I'm use the default skin and default container, the flags displayed at the top right.. The link to the page laguages ​​activates locazation that does not appear.
