I guess nevermind, I was able to create an account and sign in using that accounts email address. I guess all the different logins are confusing me a little.

The facebook usernames in the database have changed from FB-1248828292 to a username made from their email address.

What do I do to these old accounts so they dont show up as FB-12545345, can I simply update the username field in the db without a problem?

As for "Username or Email" I suggest another admin option to allow users both an Email Address and a Username for registration so they can log in using either. I was trying to log in using an account that was created before I had set  "Use Email as Username" admin setting and it would only use the username and not the email to log on for those accounts. So any users that logged in before the change are now confused and unable to login thinking they need to enter "Email Address" when the actually need to enter a Username.

I suppose this is the  confusing part.

The problem I found was having "Use Email Address as Username" setting in Site Settings. I had that set. unchecked it and it was back to "Username"

I wish there was a default way of using both Username and Email Address.

Now the problem I still have is... I have cache settings on to remember users. But after logging out it should forget who was on it last.

So after logging out it should forget my cookie but when I click on "Login" and I want to use a different account then a FB account it wont let me. It keeps redirecting me to facebook.

This is very undesirable.

Any thoughts or ideas?
