Hello,

I am having streaming issues with the Ultra Video Gallery module (v5.1.0) on our website (currently using DNN v 6.3.1).

After successfully uploading mp4 videos through UVG and trying to play them, they only begin playing after the buffering has completed. I can see that the video begins buffering immediately in the status bar as it should, however, the time it takes to buffer (and play) seems abnormally long.

- This particular video is 156 MB and 18mins in length (although I'm getting the same result with each different video I try to upload and play through UVG)

- It is an HD video

- We are currently converting wvm to mp4 using any video converter

Even though the file size is rather large, I would expect the video to begin playing nearly instantaneously.

Are there any settings that would be causing this to happen? I'd love to hear any of your suggestions on how to better optimize our videos to buffer and stream faster, while preserving quality.

I appreciate your suggestions in advance.

Daniel
