What is the best way to remove or hide the Publish Date on the new version 7.0.0 of the Announcements module.

I am running DNN7.

I though you need to modify the module setting but do not see this option when in there. Can you explain if this is possible and how to do it.

Also does this module tie into the Newsfeeds module.  (Meaning if I post an announcement it will auto add to the RSS feed?)

Modify the Item Template in the settings to remove the [PUBLISHDATE] token.

Hi,

Where and how do you update an item template?  I checked the settigs of the actual module and do not see anything in any of the sections.

Can you point me in the proper direction.

version 7 is not fit for production, it should only used as a testing version. Features are still very much in flux, etc. etc.

apart from that.. the template is hardcoded filebase in this version, so you need to modify the files
