DNN 6.2.6

When we browse to Admin | User Accounts we see some user accounts but not all user accounts.  We see all user accounts from A to K (21 accts), but all others do not display in the 50 per page list. There is only one page.  30 more accounts should be in the complete list. If I click on letters L to Z to filter I see accounts whose username begins with L -Z, but these accounts do not show when we request ALL accounts.   This condition existed with DNN 6.2.4 prior to the upgrade to 6.2.6

Suggestions are desired.  Thanks

I think I am seeing the same issue in DNN 7.00.4. I noticed it when I clicked on the unauthorized list (which I know is large and I've been working on reducing). Now when I select unauthorized I only see usernames beginning with A.

Having experimented a bit I can only see 13 users maximum in the list. I tried to customise the page size to 50 to see whether that worked, but it made no difference. I have even changed the URL and can make it smaller (and only see smaller lists) but making it bigger does not work.

I have also noticed that the Unauthorized list does not have a paging option and therefore I can't select the second or third pages.

Is this a bug?

I would think that this is a conflict with another module.  If it were a DNN bug there would likely be more posts about it.  Do you have a shopping cart module installed?
