I just have added one Table ("Products") to DB and mapped it.
This can't be the problem since this code is working properly.

I don't hook into any request and write to a Table other than my "Prodcuts"

There must be somthing odd about your setup. Or there is some easy recovery, that you are not aware of, and we cannot work out from your description.

I do a lot of module development. I get a lot of crashes. Duh - I'm a developer! It NEVER trashes the whole site. I fix it, rebuild it, and go on.

As a short cut did you consider doing an install and then taking a backup? At least when it crashes you'll only have to restore.

Best wishes,

For sure I considered taking a backup but it doesn't work.
Everything I've done now is I created a second module and moved some code from first module to it...

The site does not always crash when I deploy a version which contains errors. Usually it prints the exception to the content.

I set up everything exactly as described in videos and described in documents.
I made not a single change to install process!

One thing I find a bit strange is that for each module I create a new application is created in my IIS-Apppool. Shouldn't there be just one application (dnn itself?) ?

I try now ignored the these two points from the Visual Studio Template "Documentation.html"

->
"On the Web tab: Under 'Start Action', make sure to set your Start URL to the correct site (ex: http://dnndev.me/).Under 'Servers', make sure to "Use IIS Web Server" with a project url of http://dnndev.me/desktopmodules/Dress... and an Override application root URL of http://dnndev.me/"

Cheers,
Stefan

Ok,
finally I'm able to reproduce the problem.

I created a new module using "DotNetNuke 7 C# Dal2 Compiled Module".
I don't made any changes to the project, just performed a rebuild (since I've forgotten to changed the fields in my projects properties as described in "Documentation.html" this time...)

A new application is created and assigned to my "dnndev.me-IIS-Apppool" and the site is gone.
I'm able to make DNN run again when I delete the Website and the apppool...
