Hi,
previously i had a problem with the upgrade from 6.2.1 to 6.2.2 and my prblem was gone when i upgraded to 7.0.0 
yesterday i tested the upgrade from 7.0.2 to the 7.0.3 release. and now the problem is back, but only for the register page. If i click the link it will give me:

The page cannot be displayed

Explanation: There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

Try the following:

  • Refresh page: Search for the page again by clicking the Refresh button. The timeout may have occurred due to Internet congestion.
  • Check spelling: Check that you typed the Web page address correctly. The address may have been mistyped.
  • Access from a link: If there is a link to the page you are looking for, try accessing the page from that link.

Technical Information (for support personnel)

  • Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. The request was rejected by the HTTP filter. Contact the server administrator. (12217)

The login page has no problem. Also, when i click the register link and open in new page or tab it works fine, but i can't tell new members to work like that.

Please check if the Server have installed the 'Windows Identity Foundation' and try to remove it from the System. I think there is a issue if the WIF is installed before 7.x are installed or run as upgrade.

Also check your physical file and Folder permisions and be sure you inherit it for all files and folders.
