Sunil - thanks - I went there and changed the admin to the person who needs to authorize new registrants. Then I did a test registration, but she still didn't get a notification email. Only the sender's address listed on the email I got was now hers instead of the SuperUser's.

I think I might see the problem. The User Registration is set to Private, but the notification email I get when I register contains the email text from the EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_PUBLIC_BODY.Text, not the EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_PRIVATE_BODY.Text. Maybe it's acting like a public registration, and not sending an email to the admin, instead of a private registration. ??

I set it to Public, saved that, and then set it back to Private. It all works now, and the admin gets an email.
