Hi.

I need an advice.

We use DotNetNuke for Intranet and it is localized in Danish (default) and English.
We are going to use the Forum and it should be available in both the danish and english site (actually one forum that should be available from both sites).

How can this be done?

Hi Sebastian.

I am just using the basic DNN localization.

I have done some research and as far as I can see, it's a problem sharing a module in two languages (I have seen others asking similar questions) so I think I have decided to just have the the forum in the Danish site and just a link to that from the English site. Unfortunatly the users who came from the English site is now suddenly on the Danish site, but unless you have a better solution, we can live with that - after all it's just our intranet.

AFAIR Forums module shares data across all instances within a website (like Blog does as well), which is not compatible with DNN core Language Specific Pages. AFAIK ActiveForums does not share data across instances and might be used on multilingual websites.
