DNN is only pulling phone numbers and emails from AD for some users.  I'm not sure what the problem could be because everything looks fine in AD.

Ran across another problem where the member directory doesn't load in IE, but it loads in chrome. Also, still looking for a solution for the first issue.

Without stepping through the code on those particular users I can't say what the problem could be. I've heard of some user accounts not being able to authenticate while others could and it usually ended up being a problem on the AD side but I haven't heard of someone being able to login but not all of their information being pulled from the AD while others worked just fine.

As for your second post. When you say the member directory I assume you mean the User Accounts screen in DotNetNuke? I don't know if it would react different in Chrome or not but it could be because a user doesn't have an email address. I vaguely remember running into a situation years ago where the User Accounts wouldn't load because a user didn't have an associated email address.

I have my first problem solved. It was pulling information from AD, but it wasn't populating all the information in the member directory list for all users. I have a completely different setup for it now so everything is fine with that.

For my second post, I mean that the member directory doesn't list any users in IE. It just says "Loading..." and never loads them.

Also, is there a way to sync all users from AD to dnn? I want the member directory to be fully populated without needing the use to login.

No idea why it never gets loaded in IE. Have you tried from another computer at all?

There's no way to sync all users from AD to DNN that I know of. It's not part of the AD provider.
