Hi friends,

thinking of using it to build an internal CMS for a small company(100-150 people)?  Is .DotNetNuke good enough for that?

Does anyone know some good sample project for me to reference from?  Thanks very much!

DNN is great for building internet and intranet websites, about its specific advantages for your use case depends on your specific needs.

Sebastian has it 100% correct, DotNetNuke can be used to build very robust applications, especially if you pair it with the Enterprise edition of DotNetNuke you will have your sharepoint connectors and do some really cool stuff then.

Completely agree. DNN's security roles make it ideal for internal use. I've actually used both user roles combined with page security and it's multi tenant capabilities to partition an internal intranet from an external website - but still allow data to be shared in between.  Add in the journal, groups and profiles and it gets very flexible very fast.
