Hi,

I am trying to develop a SPA within the context of DNN Module. I created a module using the latest template for DNN7, build it for release and then installed it on my dev site. When I saw that everything is working with the module, I installed HotTowlette using Nuget in VS2012. I run the site but apparently the site crushed.

I am sure that the process is not as straight forward as I tried it. So i 'd like to know if someone has any recommended material on this or have done something similar.

 Thanks,

David

If you're using christoc's templete, complile your module in release mode and it does all the work for you and creates the install zip file. Log in to your DNN site and install that zip file under host --> extensions.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your reply, but I am afraid I was misunderstood. I am not looking to create a conventional DNN module, but rather a SINGLE PAGE APPLICATION (SPA) using John Papa's project - Hot Towel (or HotTowelette). It seems to me that it is more of a Razor module architecture since the template relays on cshtml files.
