Pavan,

if it makes sense: yes. But you should be aware of the fact that DNN is loading jQuery, so be careful to avoid conflicts with other JS libraries (eg mootools etc.).

CSS stylesheets have a certain hierarchy in DNN, so read the according articles in the Wiki, the Tutorials and other sources you can find.

Best wishes
Michael

This sort of thing can be a very hit and miss activity - depending on exactly what is in the CSS and Javascript.

DNN itself is full of CSS code and a lot of Javascript flies around to control parts of the UI mostly based around jQuery - but also around the various telerik controls running in many modules.

About all you can do it drop the html in and see what happens.

In a word, yes. I've converted several previous sites as well as store bought WordPress and Bootstrap templates for use within DNN. Generally I create a new DNN skin using the old design, css and any js as a guide. Then I methodically convert the nav, content panes, containers, skin objects, css and js (to use the CDF) and finally resolve any conflict with core DNN.

As Michael and Wes have pointed out - it's not quite as simpel as a cut and paste - but generally speaking the transition is pretty straightforward and you end up with the look of the original design with the addition of a CMS.
