i'm new to DNN and i sarch for 5 days how can i add ID authentication in the Login page?

First of all, thanks for your help. but it's not what i'm looking for, here is an example for my how i wan't my Login page to look like:

user name:  [textbox]

password:  [textbox]

Researcer ID:  [textbox]

Login (button)

there is any way to do it? i don't have a probleam to develop it by my self, but it's all so complicated, so i don't know how to do it.

please assist...

Thanks for your responed. i wan't to add the Researcher ID because after the specific researcher will log in (i need to build this website for 20 researchers) i wan't to use is ID to display the specific researcher deatils (with query like "select column1, column2, column3 from table1 where ID = textbox.text")

please tell me if you have any idea how can i do this.
