Hi,  I installed both dnn7 CE and professional. Once i was done editing the host file I attempted to call up the installation page with http//hostname. Instead, i got the dnn 7 page that says "Welcome" in different languages? are there some things i can check?

David,
Are you getting a DNN page or the IIS Welcome page?

If you'get getting the IIS welcome page it means your host file is pointing to the IIS root and your DNN site isn't configured to answer there.
