Has anyone successfully implemented SSO with SmarterTrack HelpDesk software? I know DNN themselves have done it on their own site.

Does anyone have step-by-step instructions on how to implement such a feature specifically with SmarterTrack and DNN?

AFAIR it was as simple as having smartertrack in the same domain, and using the same machinekeys, so the cookies apply to both sites e.g. smarter.dotnetnuke.com and www.dotnetnuke.com

Cathal,

Thanks for the response, I know it's been a while since I initially posted this. I got swamped at my job with several project and only recently got back to this. I am still at a loss on how to implement this SSO. I know you guys at DNN have done it because I see that you also use SmarterTrack. Problem is I have no clue how you guys did it, I've tried making both web.configs have the same Machine Key. I've activated SSO on the SmartTrack software... however is asks for "Web Service URL", "Web Service Password" and "Forgot Password URL". I don't know what to enter for these fields...

I tried the following, but it didn't work:
Web Service URL: http://www.mydomain.com/login.aspx
Web Service Password:
Forgot Password URL: http://www.mydomain.com/Home/tabid/84...

Any insight?
