It is a little annoying about the phones... although maybe it makes life for them a little easier to not have all of us calling. I think this same thing happened in February - they must use VOIP, so when their servers go down, their phones go down.

It took out sites (I believe) located in the UK as well.

 This is the big advantage of VOIP, I guess... :-)
